ARTICLE I
NAME, MOTTO
and LOGO
•
The name of
the organization shall be “Columban College Student Assistance”
•
The
organization’s motto shall be “We Deal, we strive, we’ll succeed.”
•
The organization logo is designed showing the official logo
of Columban College at the center as a sign that members of the organization
commit their selves to the core values of Columban College — Maka-Diyos,
Makatao, Makabayan, Makabuhay at Maka-kalikasan as guide in reaching their
goals.
ARTICLE II
MEMBERSHIP
•
Recruitment
A member
shall submit all the requirements prescribed by the “Revised Guidelines on
Student Assistance Program” and must undergo the process stated thereto.
•
Selection
A member shall
also undergo the selection process in the “Revised Guidelines on Student
Assistance Program” and satisfy the following criteria for selection:
•
Must be
Catholic
•
Must be
mentally, physically and morally fit
•
Must have a
general average of 80 percent or 2.5, or above
•
Must possess
the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
•
Must have
passes the NSAT (if applicable),the CET, and the Personality Test given by the
Guidance and Testing Center
•
In case of
currently enrolled students at Columban College or in other educational
institutions (tertiary level), the applicants must not have completed more than
70 units if applying for a four or five years course
•
Only one
member from the family should be accepted to give a wider chance for the other families
to participate to this program
•
The family
must have a joint annual income of not more than P60,000.00
•
Priority is
given to children/relatives of teaching and non-teaching personnel. However,
only one (1) child/relative and two (2) child/relative for non-teaching
personnel will be considered for selection. The first child/relative of the
non-teaching personnel shall be allowed to graduate first before the second
assistant will be accepted.
•
Placement
The
placement process shall reflect the provisions stated in the “Revised
Guidelines on Student Assistance Program”.
•
Third Year
College students are not qualified to enter the program.
•
All members
of CCSA is bound under the provisions of this By-Laws and Constitution
ARTICLE III
POLICIES AND
PRINCIPLES
•
The
organization shall be an independent student organization of Columban College.
•
All
activities of the organization shall be beneficial to all members and to the
academe.
•
All
activities and projects of the organization shall be consulted to the Adviser for
proper guidance and approval.
•
The
organization shall establish, maintain and ensure adequately, social and
educational services to guarantee the employment among the members of the
organization.
ARTICLE IV
RIGHTS,
PRIVILEGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE MEMBERS
•
The members
shall have the following right:
•
To vote
•
To enjoy and
participate any activities within the organization.
•
To be
entitled to all other privileges accorded to all members.
•
The right to
participate in some school’s activities where the presence of the student
assistants is needed.
•
The right of
each member to review the book of accounts and to be informed with regards to
the organization’s financial performance.
•
The right
for a loan without interest but subject to the Lending Policy of CCSA.
•
Each Member
has the following privileges:
•
To be given
free tuition fee including miscellaneous expenses
•
Entitled to
an allowance given every month amounting to Php1,000.00 which is given every
payday. Those who are assigned in the Barretto Campus are entitled an
additional amount of Php. 300 every month for their transportation expenses.
•
Student
Assistants included in the Dean’s List are entitled for Php1,000.00 rewards
upon submission of letter addressed to the school president, recommended by the
school registrar and noted by the school treasurer. However, academic scholars
are entitled for Php. 2,000 upon submission of such.
•
Entitled for
a 13th month pay equivalent to gross pay per month.
•
The members
shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
•
Student
Assistants will be given position/job description by their immediate supervisor
that will guide them in performing their day-to-day work. They will be required
to complete a total of 30 hours per week (25 hours office work 5 hours
maintenance duty). Working hours per day will vary according to the nature of
the office they are assigned and the preference of their immediate supervisor.
Their class schedules shall also be taken into considerations.
•
In the event
when classes are suspended due to extra-curricular or other activities, but the
offices are open, student assistants not attending such activities are expected
to be at their respective places of work and render their services to school
The same holds true when there are no classes in the College Department, like
summer or Enrolment period where they are required to render eight (8) hours of
work per day.
•
Student
assistants must assist the Maintenance personnel in preparing and securing the
school facilities during scholastic affairs, as needed, and perform other
related tasks as may be required.
•
Aside from
the duties and responsibilities described in Article IV, Section 3 Paragraph
1-4, student assistants are also expected to perform their inherent and related
tasks, as deemed necessary. These are:
•
Safekeeping
of all school facilities not only in their respective assignments but also in
whole campus.
•
Maintaining
the orderliness and cleanliness of their respective areas of responsibilities.
•
Turning off
water faucets if left flowing or dripping.
•
Turning off
electric switches if lights, electric fans or air conditioning units are left
unused.
•
Picking up
trashes that have been left in the classrooms or posing as safety hazard in the
corridor.
•
Reporting to
the Head of the Maintenance Department, the damages on properties, graffiti on
the wall, busted electric bulb/fluorescent lamp, or any other things that may
endanger the welfare of the students as well as the schools.
•
Report to
the Director of Security Affairs any untoward incidents that they might
encounter during their tour of duty.
ARTICLE V
MAINTENANCE
DUTY
•
Each member
of the organization shall be responsible to attend maintenance duty daily for
an hour. The CCSA Coordinator or the CCSA President especially before the
opening of classes or any other event can schedule special Maintenance Duty
wherein the maintenance service of student assistants is deemed necessary.
•
Duty
assignments shall be determined by the CCSA President/executive board
•
In case of
failure in rendering the Maintenance Duty, one should submit a letter
explaining the reasons for his absence.
•
Failure to
comply with provisions of Article V Section 3 will be subjected to the
following sanctions/penalties:
First offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held as warning. She/he must also submit a
letter explaining the reason(s) for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President,
noted by his/her Governor and must perform special maintenance duty in
replacement to the scheduled maintenance service he missed.
Second offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held and a deduction amounting to Php 50.00
shall be done as penalty. She/he must also submit a letter explaining the
reasons for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President, noted by his/her
Governor. She/he must also perform a special maintenance duty for the scheduled
maintenance service he/she missed.
Third offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held and a deduction amounting to Php 100.00
shall be done as penalty. She/he must also submit a letter explaining the
reasons for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President, noted by CCSA
Governor, and he/she must report to the CCSA Adviser for his/her three (3)
consecutive absences on the scheduled Maintenance Duties. He must also perform
special maintenance duty for the scheduled maintenance service he/she missed.
•
Sanctions or
penalties for Special Maintenance Duty may be designed by the CCSA
Adviser. The CCSA President may also
design sanctions/penalties provided that he/she will inform the body ahead of
time.
ARTICLE VI
GENERAL AND
SPECIAL MEETINGS
•
The regular
General Meeting of the organization shall be held every third Saturday of the
month, unless otherwise ordered by the CCSA Coordinator and/or the President of
the Executive Board.
•
The
President concerning the Executive officers of the CCSA Board may call upon
special Meetings and the purpose shall be mentioned in the said call.
•
Thirty (30)
members of the organization shall constitute quorum.
•
All meetings
must be done within the premises of Columban College.
•
In case of
failure in attending a meeting, one should submit a letter explaining the
reasons for his absence
•
Failure to
comply with provisions of Article VI Section 4 will be subject to the following
sanctions/penalties:
First offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held as warning. She/he must submit a letter
explaining the reasons for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President,
noted by his/her Governor to claim his/her allowance.
Second offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held and a deduction amounting to Php 50.00
shall be done as penalty. She/he must also submit a letter explaining the
reasons for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President, noted by his/her
Governor to claim his/her allowance.
Third offense: Allowance
for the nearest payday shall be held and a deduction amounting to Php 100.00
shall be done as penalty. She/he must also submit a letter explaining the reasons
for his/her absence addressed to the CCSA President and noted by his/her
Governor, and he/she must report to the CCSA Coordinator for his/her three (3)
consecutive absences on CCSA General Meetings.
ARTICLE VII
TIMEKEEPING
•
All student assistants
must keep their time cards and punch them personally to reflect their actual
hours of work rendered.
•
In case the
Bundy clock is out of order, time in and out must be hand written by the
student assistant and must be countersigned by the security personnel on duty
or the assistant’s immediate supervisor.
•
Time cards
must be submitted every 7th and 21st day of the semestral
month or one week before paydays. These days serve as the close pay periods for
the purpose of computing the allowances of the student assistants. At the end
pays period, the Timekeeper must forward time cards to the Adviser of CCSA for
consolidation and one – time submission to the Payroll Section.
•
Any hours
not worked for will be construed as a leave. Leave must be applied for and
approved by the immediate supervisor at least three days prior to effectively.
•
To apply for
leave, student assistants should file a Request for Leave form approved by
his/her immediate supervisor and the CCSA Adviser indicating the day, date and
time (or the inclusive dates and time) of leave as well as the reason for
taking leave.
•
If one won’t
be able to file a leave due to emergency cases (e.g. accidents, illness, and
the like), he/she must inform his/her immediate supervisor through sending text
messages, phone call and/or other possible ways. The happening of such cases
does not excuse anyone to file a leave. One must file an emergency leave
immediately after his/her absence(s). In case of illness, one must provide a
medical certificate (if possible) or a certificate signed by his/her parent or
guardian. Failure to do such action will also be subjected to the Article
Section 8-10.
•
Approval or
disapproval of such leave will be indicated and signed by the immediate
supervisor on the form itself. The form is submitted to the Adviser, Student
Assistant serve as the “leave chit” and must be attached to the time card for
such pay period. Maximum amount of leave allowable would be three days or 15
hours per semester.
•
Failure to
submit leave and have it approved in advance will be construed as absence
without leave (AWOL).
•
Leave in
excess of three working days will be charged to leave without pay (LWOP).
•
Both AWOL
and LWOP can be subjected to appropriate disciplinary measure and/or may result
to deduction of allowances on such pay period when the infraction was
committed.
ARTICLE VIII
STUDENT
DECORUM
During
members’ participation to this program, the students must observe the following
policies and decorum:
•
Maintain a
general average of not lower than 80% or its equivalent of 2.5.
•
Must not
have failing grades. Two (2) incomplete grades in a semester will put the
student assistant on probation for the incoming semester during which time he
is only allowed to enroll an equivalent of eighteen (18) units. Three incomplete
grades in a semester would result to automatic removal from the program.
•
Must carry a
load of not more than 23 units per semester except for special cases and upon
the approval of the Coordinator of CCSA. The work schedule must be considered
first in choosing their subjects.
•
During
semestral break and enrolment, assistants must serve eight (8) hours a day from
Monday to Friday.
•
Male and
Female assistants must have finished 1 year NSTP within the first or second
year of his studies.
•
Assistants
are only allowed to join one extra-curricular activity (religious or civic) to
have more time for both work and studies.
•
Must always
observe good ethical character especially in dealing with supervisor,
co-students and other members of this institution.
•
Must observe
hygiene and proper decorum at all times.
•
Must
restrain from different kinds of vices such as gambling, drinking alcoholic
beverages, smoking, and use of illegal drugs, rowdy behavior, and the likes.
•
No student
assistants are allowed on campus beyond 10:30 p.m. or to sleep in school
premises except in cases where their presence is necessary.
•
Assistants
are expected to be at their respective posts during their work schedules unless
otherwise running official errands.
•
Absences
from work must be applied for and approved at least three (3) working days in
advance.
•
Must punch
their own time card.
•
Must always
observe attendance in their classes. Maximum allowable absences from classes
are three meetings per semester. Absences in excess of three meetings will be
constructed as truancy and must reflect in their end of semester performance
evaluation.
•
In the event
when classes are suspended due to extra-curriculum activities, but the school
is open, assistants not attending such activities are expected to be at their
places of work and rendering their services to the school.
•
Assistants
must submit a copy of their grades to the Office of the Coordinator and be
forwarded to Human Resource development(HRD) prior to the start of the ensuing
semester.
•
Refrain from
using Office/laboratory equipment for personal use.
•
Enter the
campus with complete uniform and ID during class days, Student Assistants are
also expected to wear proper uniform while rendering their duty.
•
Must not
engage in an intimate relationship with a fellow student assistant.
ARTICLE IX
DISCIPLINE
The
immediate supervisor, exercising parented authority over student assistants has
the right to appropriate disciplinary measure. Since school administrators and
faculty members excise special authority over student (those of majority age)
to impose appropriate disciplinary measure for major and minor offences
committed. Violation of any provisions indicated in ARTICLE VIII can be
construed as an infraction. The following procedures shall be observed:
•
A written
complaint shall submitted to the Coordinator for action
•
First
Offense – admonition or letter of caution
•
Second
Offense – letter of Caution or letter of reprimand
•
Third
Offense – cancellation of scholarship
•
Action taken
shall be communicated in writing to the Office of Coordinator and shall be part
of his/her record.
ARTICLE X
PERFORMANCE
EVALUATION
•
The work and
academic performance of all student assistants must be evaluated before the end
of each semester. General criteria for evaluation include:
•
Quality of
work

Quantity of

Adaptability

Attendance
•
Academic
Performance
•
Within
penultimate week before the end of each semester, the immediate supervisors
must evaluate their student assistant’s performance by completing the
Performance Evaluation Form for Student Assistant’s Basic Duties and
Responsibilities (CCOC Form 0003) (enclosure (2)), Result of which will be
discussed between them.
•
In the case
of multiple supervision wherein the student assistant’s services are shared by
two or more units/departments for accommodative scheduling, and to maximize
service, each supervisor must evaluate the student assistant’s performance.
•
Both the supervisor and the student
assistant will sign the evaluation form, which will subsequently be approved by
the department/unit head, as case may be.
•
The
completed evaluation form will be submitted to the Coordinator during the last
week of the semester.
•
At the end
of each semester, when grades become available, the student assistants must
secure their summary of grades and submit the same to the Coordinator of CCSA.
ARTICLE
XI
FUND
AND LENDING POLICIES
•
The elected
Treasurer shall collect P5.00 every allowance, which will be the source of the
organization’s fund.
•
Half of the
collected amount will be used for lending. The remaining half will be for the
expenses of the organization
•
Every member
of the CCSA has the privilege to borrow money from the CCSA fund subject to the
availability of funds and Lending Terms and Policies which states that:
•
The
allowable amount is P50.00 and shall be deducted in full the following payday.
(except for cases stated below.)
•
The fund
allotted for lending shall be equal to half of the entire fund. The fund
allotted for lending must be computed every month using the formula (Balance at
the beginning of the Month divided by two less Outstanding Credits.) When the
said amount equals to Zero or a Negative Figure, the Treasurer should not
entertain any credits unit the fund rose again and replenished the payments for
the previous credits.
•
In case of
borrowing more than the prescribed amount, the borrower/s should get and
accomplished the Lending Form and if applicable, with necessary attachment such
as waiver (in case of a field trip). The payment terms are as follows:
•
P50.00 –
shall be deducted fully on the next closest allowance period.
•
P51.00 –
P300.00 – shall be deducted twice starting on the next closest period of
allowance with equal amount for each period.
•
P301.00 –
P500.00 – shall be paid within two months by four consecutive deduction
starting on the next closest period of allowance.
•
P501.00 and
up to maximum of P1,000.00 – aside from the letter, the borrower/s must see the
CCSA Coordinator for the approval of the amount being asked at the same time
for the possible deductions that the Treasurer should make during paydays. This
bracket is intended for special cases such as special classes, fieldtrips, book
payments, and other school expenses.
•
Those
Student Assistants who have an existing credit must settle first all their financial
obligations before renewal.
•
Release of
the amount borrowed is made directly to the borrower unless the Treasurer is
authorized in writing by the borrower to give the amount to the person he/she
authorizes to claim. The letter should
have an attachment of a photocopy of valid school ID of both party.
•
The Lending
Policy does not prescribed an interest
but failure to pay financial obligations
on time (as prescribed by the term) is subject to penalty.
•
Borrowing of
money are not allowed three (3) days before and after the allowance period.
•
Lending is
on a first-come-first-served basis.
•
Lending of
money shall not exceed the amount of P1000.00 except for extreme cases where
the approval of the Coordinator is required.
ARTICLE
XII
ELECTION
OF OFFICERS
•
The election
of the officers shall be held in a meeting duly called for the purpose. The
members of the organization except first year student assistants shall elect
set of officers who will lead the organization in every activity and expected
to enforce all the rules, regulations and policies of the organization.
•
Counting of
votes shall be based on rising of hands of all the members.
•
Members
shall elect those assistants that have an ability to give justice to the task
given to them.
•
The aspiring
President and Vice President should be at least in the third year level.
•
All aspiring
officers should have been in the program for at least two (2) years.
•
Elected
officers shall be called the members of the Executive Officers of Student
Assistants (E.O.S.A.)
ARTICLE
XIII
THE
EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF STUDENT ASSISTANTS
•
The set of
officers elected shall be named Executive Officers of Student Assistants
(E.O.S.A.)
•
The elected
Executive Board consist of the following positions: President, Executive Secretary, Vice
President – Main Campus, Vice President – Barretto Campus, Treasurer, Internal
Auditor, External Auditor, and seven (7) governors.
•
The
President will appoint Time Keepers (for
Main and Barretto Campus) and an Internal Secretary as deemed necessary.
•
The members
of the Executive Board have one-year term starting their proclamation as
officers until the next annual election.
•
In case an
officer resigned from the program, the President/CCSA Coordinator may call upon
a special election.
ARTICLE
XIV
DUTIES
OF THE OFFICERS
•
The
President Shall:
•
Preside at
all meetings of the executive board and special meetings of the organization.
•
Call special
meetings if necessary.
•
Coordinate
with the governors regarding the performance of student assistants.
•
Make
memorandums and letters.
•
Make
maintenance duty assignments and assign post for the said activity
•
Screens and
endorses all the lending requests, the reason behind the act and the modes of
payment to secure the organization’s fund stability.
•
Make budgets
and plans for his/her term and use fund wisely.
•
Secure the
implementation of all the provisions of the By-laws and Constitution including
the penalties for violations.
•
Maintain a
good academic performance and good social behavior towards the member of the
organization and members of the institution.
•
Submit a
report on every activities done by the organization such as Seminars, Team
Building, and other projects
•
Submit a
semestral accomplishment report to the Coordinator of the CCSA and to the Director of Student
Affairs.
•
Create a
Committee that will oversee the selection of student assistant awardees, the
reviews of student assistants’ duty evaluation, academic performance, financial
reports and supervising the policies and guidelines infringed by the members of
the Executive Officers of Student Assistants.
•
The
Vice-Presidents shall:
•
Perform the
duties of the President in the absence of the latter and perform such duties as
may be assigned by the President.
•
Assist the
President in all activities of the Organization
•
Maintain a
good academic performance and good social behavior towards the member of the
organization and members of the institution.
•
The Internal
Secretary shall:
•
Record the
minutes of all proceedings of the board and general meetings, and shall perform
such duties as may be assigned by the President.
•
Make
announcements and correspondence to be reviewed by the President and approved
by the Adviser.
•
Answer
inquiries regarding the activities done as well as the upcoming events in the
absence of the President and Vice-Presidents.
•
The External
Secretary shall:
•
Record the
minutes of all proceedings of the board and general meetings, and shall perform
such duties as may be assigned by the President in case the Internal Secretary
is not around.
•
Perform such
duties as may be assigned by the President or Vice – President.
•
The
Treasurer shall:
•
Take charge
of all the finances of the organization.
•
Study the pros
and cons and shall make wise judgment before making any disbursement.
•
Make a
financial report to the other members of the board regarding the recent
financial activity of the organization.
•
Update the
organization’s fund twice a month (15th and 30th)
•
Submit a
financial report at the end of the Month.
•
Compute and
disseminate the allowance every 15th and 30th day of the
month.
•
Compile all
the source documents reflecting the expenses recorded (if available)
Note:
All cash releases are to be liquidated with supporting documents.
•
Recommends
and/or reports to the President’s availability of funds for release.
•
The Auditor
shall:
•
Review and
interpret the financial statements of the organization
•
Express an
opinion whether the financial statements of CCSA is fairly stated
•
Note the
financial statements submitting to the CCSA Coordinator
•
Review the
less hours and computations of the time keepers
•
Be a member
of the committee made by the President that will review the financial reports
of the treasurer and shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the
President.
•
Assist the
treasurer in his/her functions
•
Have an
access with the CCSA fund in case the treasurer is not around
•
Have an
authority to release the allowance in case the treasurer is not available
•
Ascertain
the existence and completeness of source documents.
•
Present the
audited financial statement on the General Meeting as may required by the
President.
•
Timekeepers
shall:
•
Be
responsible in computing the working hours performed by all student assistants
and making attendance report to be submitted to the treasurer two days before
the allowance period.
•
Report to
the President any case wherein a student assistant has recorded frequent
tardiness or late hours.
•
Submit a
report to the president on student assistant’s academic performance and Duty
Performance Evaluation.
ARTICLE
XV
REVISED
PROTECTION ON THE WELFARE
OF
STUDENT ASSISTANTS AGAINST ABUSIVE ACTS
•
The article
is enacted as a special article promoting the development of a protection
program for student assistants experiencing abusive acts.
•
Abusive acts
must be defined as both physical and emotional acts that affect the physical,
emotional, intellectual and social aspect of any student assistant. They can be
through physical mistreatment, bullying, display of misdemeanor, verbal abuse,
threats or any other acts expressly or impliedly defined in this section.
•
Article XV
aims to:
•
Protect
every student assistant against abusive acts whether physical, emotional or in
any other aspects deemed to affect his/her well being as a person.
•
Give special
power to the CCSA President upon the approval of the CCSA Coordinator to:
•
Hold the
allowance for the nearest payday of the student assistant who commit such
abusive acts as warning. He/she must submit a letter for his/her misdemeanor to
claim his allowance.
•
Perform
other sanctions/penalties for the abusive acts made by the student assistant
•
Transfer the
student assistant who violates the act, upon the approval of his/her immediate
supervisor and CCSA Coordinator.
•
Student
Assistant who commits heavy offenses under the provision ratified in Article XV
maybe put under probation or absolute dissolution of his/her Scholarship Grant.
•
Promote
equality among members of Columban College Student Assistants.
•
Promote
unity and camaraderie among student assistants
•
Any
complaint can be written or verbally expressed by student assistant-
complainant stating the student assistant behind the act, the act itself, the
effects and all other information to implement the provisions of this article.
•
Complaint
may be reported directly to the CCSA Coordinator or through any officer or
member of the Executive Board who will then report it to the CCSA Coordinator
for further investigation and action.
•
Once a
report was proven true, Section 3.3. of Aricle XV shall be enacted.
•
The Article
must protect no one but the welfare of every student assistant.
ARTICLE XVI
SELECTION OF
STUDENT ASSISTANT AWARDEES
•
Article XVI
is enacted to give recognition to student assistants who had an exemplary
performance on both Academic and Duty Evaluation.
•
The
provision aims to encourage student assistants to do extremely well on academic
and co-curricular activities while effectively and efficiently performing the
tasks assigned to them. The Article also aims to develop student assistants to
become academically, vocationally equipped, and service-oriented individuals.
•
Student
assistants’ awards shall include the Outstanding Student Assistance (.O.S.A.),
and Meritorious Service Award.
•
The
awards/tokens shall be given on the Month of December—the scheduled date of
Student Assistants’ Christmas Party.
•
The list of
student assistants candidate for the stated awards under section three (3) of
Article XVI shall be selected by a committee created by the Executive Officers
upon the approval of CCSA Coordinator.
•
Selection of
the Outstanding Student Assistants (O.S.A).
•
The O.S.A
shall be selected from the list of student assistants who had maintained the
scholarship grant for at least one and a half year.
•
T.O.S.A
shall be selected from the list of student assistants that have no grades lower
than 2.2 or its equivalent, and with a general average of not lower than 1.5 or
its equivalent from first semester of the present Academic Year.
•
The
performance evaluation of the selected student assistants shall not constitute
of an evaluated grade of three (3) or its equivalent.
•
The selected
Student Assistants must have participated on academic or non-academic
extra-curricular activities.
•
The selected
student assistants shall have a complete attendance on CCSA Meeting,
Maintenance Duty and CCSA Events under the supervision of current Executive
Officers and with no records of tardiness or any violation on the CCSA
Constitutions and By-laws (exemption shall be done with valid reasons of
nonattendance).
•
The ranking
of the final list of student assistants who will receive the Outstanding
Student Assistant Award shall be computed and ranked through 35% of the general
average of the Performance Evaluation, 40% on his/her scholastic general
average and the committee based on their performance in the organization shall
give the remaining 25%. The accumulated result will be the basis in ranking the
final list of the selected T.O.S.A.
•
Meritorious
Service Award shall be given to the members of the E.O.S.A by the president
duly supervision and approval of the CCSA Coordinator. The award shall be given
to the members of the Executive Board who had performed meritorious service on
the CCSA organization, and had helpfully contribute on the development of
events for the improvement of CCSA organization.
ARTICLE XVII
AMENDMENTS
This
Constitution and By-Laws can be amended at any meeting of the Executive Board
by a two-third (2/3) vote of the members present provided that the amendments
have been supervised and approved by the Coordinator of CCSA and have been
consulted to members of the organization at a regular and/or special meeting
prior to amendment.
This Constitution and By-Laws of
Columban College Student Assistants (CCSA) is hereby amended by the duly
elected members of the CCSA Executive Board 2013-2014 and under the supervision
and approval of the CCSA Coordinator, Mrs. Aida Deonaldo this 25th
day of June 2013.
